Summary
As an Agile Coach, I have had the privilege of guiding cross-functional teams and individuals in various
large-scale organizations. Through coaching and mentoring, I have directly seen the impact of agile
methodologies. By adopting agile practices, the teams that I have coached achieved higher efficiency,
better collaboration, increased communication, and a more engaged team spirit. Coach teams, helping
them to improve and grow, is the driving force in my career.
In addition to my coaching experience, I have also embarked on the journey of sharing insights and
knowledge through my podcast "Tealpodden", where I explore progressive ways of working. Through
these conversations, I have been able to connect with like-minded professionals and continuously
learn and grow in the realm of agile practices.
What fuels my passion for agile methodology is the belief that it empowers individuals and teams to
reach their full potential. The concepts of self-management, iterative development, frequent feedback
loops, and embracing change as a catalyst for growth, deeply resonate with my professional
philosophy.
I am excited about guiding teams toward their goals while creating an environment of continuous
learning, collaboration and improvement.
Professional Experience
2021-09 - 2023-06
Agile Transformation & Coaching (2021-2023) Umeå Energi made an agile journey starting in 2021. I was involved and supported through the first mobilization phase and came back and coached the teams on an indepth level for a year.
-Coaching teams and individuals in business development and customer/marketing.
-Developed an immature agile organization to become self-sustaining with many ambassadors.
-Set up a Tertiary Planning process and facilitated the same several times • Through workshops, training, and coaching, get a brand-new corporate culture with shared mandate, trust, and responsibility.
2022-03 - 2022-11
Agile Transformation & Coaching (2022) Ica Fastigheter, like the rest of Ica, underwent a transformation for the entire company to work agile. I supported by: • Lead the transformation team in the rollout of the new organization and planning process.
-Coach individuals, teams, and management throughout the organization in agile methodology.
-Plan and execute a number of "front runner" teams who were allowed to go ahead, and share lessons learned with the rest of the company.
-Facilitate and supported agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
-Facilitate the group-wide planning process and Big Room Planning. Tailor and facilitate training and workshops.
