We are currently working with a client who is looking for a SQL Server DBA to join their team on a short term contract, with possible extension.
They have been developing software for a client which has increased the amount they can sell online.
However, the systems can't cope with the load so they are now looking for a DBA to come in and help with performance issues etc.
Requirements:
- This is not a junior role so will require 4+ years experience in a DBA role, working with high volumes of data
- You will need to have the ability to have a strategic approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work alone
- Some architecture experience would be ideal
- E-commerce experience ideal
