Senior Data Analyst

Senior Data Analysts work under the limited directs of senior staff. They exercise both initiative and judgement in the interpretation of policy and in the application of practices and procedures. They manage and organize their own work on the context of competing priorities, including contributing to business planning, changes in workplace practices and business improvement strategies.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Australian Citizenship
• 3 + Yrs as a Data Analyst
• Proven experience in designing, analyzing and specifying scalable and robust data-centric solutions. This includes streaming and batch type processes.

Significant level of analytical knowledge in any of the following:

• Exp in data modelling and associated tools eg SAP HANA, DB2
• Exp in designing integration and messaging processes
•  Exp in designing data platforms eg SAP HANA, Teredata, DB2. MS SQL and tech skills
• Exp in the rigorous testing of end-to-end ICT System
•  Exp in analyzing requirements and data sources to inform data driven solutions eg. ICT System Business Rules, Risk Profiling, ETL, Business Intelligence
• Ability to learn quickly, understand and work effectively within a complex technical landscape
• A demonstrated awareness of industry best practice and trends, and experience in having implemented these to achieve business outcomes
• A passion for wanting to develop and implement high quality data centric products and systems
• Exp of working in AGILE teams and/or utilization of DevOps methods for development and support.
