Assignment Details

Looking for a Senior CRM analyst / Growth hacker focusing on omnichannel CRM and customer target group creation for a Finnish media company. Key concepts to master in this position include target group selection, utilization of data and purchase propensity and churn estimates, CRM databases, and CRM analytics. The unit you will be joining is heavily data and analytics-driven, directly affecting the company's profitability and revenue.

Depending on your previous experience and current interests, you will have a chance to innovate and renew our current customer treatment workflows and processes, support the cross-sell and upsell in collaboration with the consumer sales and products, conduct exploratory analyses of online and offline data, and create business insights based on data to understand the customer. You can utilize all your CRM skills ranging from target group selection and growth hacking, A/B testing, analytics, possibly some coding, and using all the available data (transactions, online events, demographical data etc.), and tools and environments (Adobe Campaign, SAS CI, R, Python, AWS etc.). This position also requires a genuine business understanding and capability of teamwork and influencing.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct, transform, optimize, and support the operative consumer sales with data and analytics
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams, and support sales transformation
- Conduct target group selection for all channels and customer segments
- Apply analytical tools to improve customer insight and drive profitability
- Identify and utilize the identified opportunities

Requirements for the job:
- Good practical campaign management tool and data manipulation skills
- Adobe Campaign
- SQL management (SAS EG or similar)
- Business acumen
- Can-do attitude, good communication skills, team player, self-guided
