About the Job:

• Manage IT Analysts work and development of IT Analysts
• Understand and Align IT with Corporate and Finance business strategy,
• Business Continuity (Zero production impact due to system issues),
• Professional networking and bench marking to implement industry best practices
• Project Management
• Audit systems regularly to ensure the stability of systems
• Align with other IT areas for smooth and seamless functioning of IT in Littelfuse
• Understand LF business process for better serving the users
• Implement Lean techniques in Implementations

About You

• 4 years College with Major in Information Technology and or Finance/Controlling Required
• This position is more of managing and understanding of Finance/Controlling business function and mapping to IT Systems (SAP primary and other Finance applications secondary) , so needs IT and Business Knowledge
• At least 5 years of SAP FICO/ Lead role Required
• 2 Or 3 Global SAP Full Life Cycle Implementation experience required
• Manage / Lead at least 2 or 3 team members Globally
• Experience of working / Interface with other ERP / Legacy system is desired

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of SAP and Enterprise Applications, the Finance IT Manager will lead a team of IT Analysts to support Finance IT Applications, including M&A projects. Responsible for system implementations and day to day support. Finance scope includes Corporate Finance, Operational Accounting, FP&A, and Tax. Aligns IT with Corporate Finance & Controlling business strategy to fully support finance community activities. Professional networking and bench marking to implement industry best practices.
