Release manager (Salesforce)

Looking for a Release manager who has experience with Salesforce.

You will be responsible for implementing and managing the release processes through development, test, and production environments, working closely with developers, testers, product owners and operations team.

You will find different teams that you will have to coordinate. Each team is subscribed to my clients release mainstream. They work on their own development and testing environments and, when they are ready, they request permission to deploy to Production. You will own the release mainstream environments (SIT, UAT, Staging and Production) so you will coordinate releases and execute manual steps.

Key tasks would be:

• Plan the release windows and cycles.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
• Measure releases to ensure they are delivered on time.
• Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
• Etc.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Release Manager for software development, Salesforce.com and cloud platforms preferred.
• 2+ years experience of Jenkins and Migration tools.
• Salesforce DX.
• Salesforce Admin/Developer experience.
• Exper Agile methodology.
• English

Contract: Autónomo

Duration: initially 6 months with extension (long-term project)

Location: Barcelona, remote first months, later occasionally to the office
