Consultant Task - Senior UX Designer, Oslo/Bergen (29.04.2022)

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with 4-5 years of experience for an energy and renewable company based in Oslo and Bergen in Norway.

The company will let you choose your own tools and methods, but they use Figma today and work in two product teams where they practice agile methodologies (Scrum) - you will get to work with both teams.

It is a requirement that you can be present onsite either in Bergen or Oslo a couple of days a week (or by some other arrangement).

This is a project position with a duration of at least six (6) months with possibilities of extension.

You will be the sole UX Designer at the company so this is a position with a lot of responsibility but also a considerable amount of influence in a company with aggressive plans for growth and expansion to other European countries in the next few years.

Location: Oslo or Bergen (hybrid)
Workload: At least 80 %
Start: May/June
Duration: 6 months with possibilities of extension
Language: Scandinavian (Norwegian/Swedish/Danish) and/or English

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with a background similar to this:

- 5 years of experience from UX/UI
- Familiar with service design, customer journeys, wireframes, prototyping
- Experience from a startup or a small technology company is an advantage
