Description
Our customer is looking for a project manager to replace their maintenance systems. You will project lead requirements capture and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with Business Analyst from the business. Support the procurement of new system support in collaboration with Purchasing, operations and IT, and lead the implementation of new system support and changes in process, information flows and competence in collaboration with the business and IT.

Requirements
Experience in technical project management and project management of complex IT development projects, system implementation projects or similar within ERP and/or EAM systems or similar
Experience in requirements management, selection and procurement of complex IT solutions
Experience in change management, preferably connected to the implementation of complex IT solutions
Experience of agile project methods, Scrum, Safe or equivalent and that you have experience of working with project methodology in some form (PPS, XLPM or similar)

Responsibilities
Other areas important to the role of project manager are risk mitigation, communication to stakeholders and quality control monitoring throughout the project life cycle. Continuous improvements.

Plan milestones / deliverables and communicate them clearly to the project organization
Continuously monitor and analyze the project's budget, scope and schedule
Request / allocate relevant resources to the project and manage the project team Lead the project team
Identify, analyze, assess and quantify project risk. Monitor project risks throughout the project and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Create reports and prepare necessary business information for steering group meetings and Gate Review meetings
Create and present decision material for steering group and project owner
Report project progress in the status report to the PMO.
Run projects according to the PPS project model and decision model, ensure that the project follows project methodology.
Identify, manage and communicate interdependencies with other initiated projects as well as project ideas, stakeholders and / or business areas.
Implement Lesson & Learned in connection with project closure and document proposed improvements.
