UX-Designer

Responsible for User Experience Design producing Design in figma.

Working in the Länsförsäkringar Bank together with agile team. Defining stakeholder wishes, producing relevant design and delivery of product design based on User Needs. Working in a massive meeting intence environment - actively collaborating with colleagues, designers and providing support for Design Team members. Working towards improvement of user experience, not compromising user experience for the sake of functionality, delivering good product. Engaged actively in sprints, executing user stories together with team-members for clear development of User Experiences. Refreshening daily in the team we work in two week agile sprints in development cycles and my role is to put user experience first with a user first approach in the development process. Using design components, layouts and design-assets building user experience design for desktop and mobile as a part of the product lifecycle, testing out ideas and creating design sheets with large capacity.

Responsible for the User Experience, understanding target groups, evaluating customer insights in close collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
