including an integrated ECU with internal algorithms and electric motor to tighten the belt before accidents occur. The customer was Volvo PV,
for their new SPA platform.

Planning and leading all project team members towards a
common goal and making sure that they are delivering what the customer wants in time. Project budgeting and forecasting.
Securing profitability in the project (Gross cost and EBIT).
Reporting to the executive committee.

Turnover: ~200 Million $
