As a Platform Consultant at Plat4mation I was responsible to support our customers in implementing ServiceNow. This includes both doing customer workshop to understand and align their processes and needs as well as implementing the platform.
For a global pharmaceutical company, I implemented a portal which is only used on tablets and supports customers packaging process. For a different project we extended the CMDB to also contain and manage the customers Audio and Video Equipment.
Due to Covid-19 we implemented a Portal which allows the customers employees to reserve a space to return to work.
For a global internet company, we rolled out their IAM tool to the various entities of the customers, adding local requirements for each entity.
For a global bank I migrated the existing CMDB to ServiceNow and connected it to serveral systems.
On top I implemented the basic platform features.

i was highly involved in big deals with large service providers. Additionally, i was responsible to qualify income leads and develop new opportunities in strong collaboration with the Account Executives.
I supported the sales management in forecasting and keeping the CRM up to date. While creating creating a lot of offers i configured and calculated alot of offers for the Account Executives which was often a time consuming and repetitve task. Solving that i developed a pricing calculator with React.js which was then used within EMEA. It helps to easily configure complex products and even generates offers via PDF.
In collaboration with the marketing team i helped to organize the ASG-DI (Data Intelligence) days.
