Sammanfattning

Martin is a service engineer and technician who like to solve problems, and to be part of a dynamic team. He is a flexible idea gun that always shares his knowledge with others, while he is also responsive and respects, and gather knowledge from his surroundings. When he has the possibility to act as a hub, he is in his true element as he is very gifted when it comes to social interaction.

Martin has worked in the automotive industry since he was 18 years old and started his career as a Repair Technician of cars. He thereafter moved on to roles as Team Leader, Spare Parts Manager and Vehicle Engineer, to mention some of the positions he has held. Before he started working as Service Engineer, he also tried the area of Field Testing, with his own fleet of test vehicles.

For almost 10 years now he has worked as Service Engineer & Method Developer for VCC, Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses. Main projects in Traction voltage, batteries, and Electro mobility.
Speciality is function group 3, as in electrical components in vehicles from radars to antennas.
His managers and colleagues describe Martin as a technically gifted engineer with a positive attitude towards his job, always helping and looking after his peers.
Together with 12 years in Swedish armed forces there is also some army knowledge, and vehicles there.
