Ambitious UX design researcher with the aim to make the world a better place, enthusiastically conducting user research and leveraging on 9 years of research and data collection experience. Accustomed to conducting quantitative and qualitative research and completing data analysis with efficiency and accuracy.
I have carried out a wide range of user research methodologies, such as diary studies, business strategy, discovery research, information architecture and usability testing for Shell Electrical Vehicles and Aviation, Lloyds Banking Groups, HSBC Bank, DHL Logistics and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and other major industries across the globe (e.g. UK, Netherlands, Hong Kong and Germany).
I've also helped establish a UX practice at a growing and leading online grocery store, conducting in-depth user research and usability tests to inform business strategy and improve the user experience.
In my backpack, I carry a first-class BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction with a distinction, where I completed an in-depth research thesis about cognitive dissonance, disinformation, and misinformation for alternative diets.

Lead UX Researcher at a FinTech company in the nordics. Closely collaborating with C-level, leads, squads in cross-functional teams. Spread across squads horisontially to deliver crucial user research where it's the most needed.

Undertaking user research at a growing and leading online grocery store in Sweden to inform business strategy and ensuring that the product and proposition are tightly aligned with user needs.
Joined Mathem as the first UX Researcher, ultimately being responsible for building up and shaping the user research function in the organization. I led user research in one of the largest domains and responsible for the online shopping experience.
My responsibilities included strategic and hands-on work.
- Working with product teams to understand their timelines, goals and questions
- Raising awareness on different research methods, advocating for user research and overall evidence-based approach
- Research ops: setting up processes and tools, negotiating with vendors and stakeholders

Delivering user research and information architecture projects for a range of clients across the globe för one of the best UX experience design agencies in the UK, working alongside designers, developers, consultants, project managers and other UX specialists.

Leveraging on my previous experience and skills to assist in commercialising novel IPA-technologies and skillfully identifying the challenges facing technology-based start-ups and tackling the challenges encountered.
