Senior User Experience Designer at the Digital Bureau Define (Freelance Consultant).
2022-07 - 2023-05
Responsibilities/role: For the first part, I was solely responsible for Qapital's most important features; Dream Team and Payday Divvy. Mainly focus on the new feature "pay for partner" and create a better experience and business opportunities within the invite/accept flows, together with fixing all the different pending states that occurred during the setup of Dreamteam.
When that was done, I went to be the leader of a new Core team responsible for the entire user experience in the app.
I was responsible for the entire design process from strategy to concept work, wireframes, design, and prototypes. But at the same time worked closely and made decisions with the team's developers. This is in conjunction with managers and stakeholders.
Worked together in a cross-functional team with agile development methodology and with accessibility issues and WCAG, in order to ensure that we reached the set requirements.
Also worked to support the development of the existing Design system.
2021-03 - 2022-06
Responsibilities/role: Development of Kry / Livi's all 11 websites in 5 markets. The websites consist of different types ranging from B2C (main pages for customers/patients) to B2B (SaaS product in Italy and platform for healthcare players in England), career pages for a number of different markets, and various campaign pages.
As Senior Product Designer, I was responsible for the entire design process from strategy to concept work, sketches, wireframes, and design. But at the same time worked closely and made decisions with the team's developers. This is in conjunction with all stakeholders for the various markets.
Worked together in a cross-functional team with agile development methodology, where Scrum was applied.
From the perspective of so many different websites, with different purposes in a number of different markets with different conditions, you had to be prepared for rapid changes and shifting focus, which meant that you needed to be flexible in your work and quickly adapt to new priority situations.
Kry is today Europe's largest platform for online doctors, with roughly 1,300 doctors, nurses and psychologists available within minutes, around the clock, every day of the year in our app and offering care in 30 languages.
2018-11 - 2020-07
Responsibilities/role:
Development of a number of web applications for the introduction of the National Medicines List. The applications are targeted both internally as well as externally and have a variety of target groups and types of behavior, mainly pharmacy and healthcare personnel (competent healthcare professionals) and citizens.
My role was Senior UX Designer with a primary focus on UX and UI.
It was a lot of independent work where I was responsible for the whole process from strategy to sketches, wireframes, and design. But at the same time worked closely and make decisions together with most people in the team, from architects, requirements analysts, and researchers as well as implementation collaboration with both front-end and back-end. But also a collaboration with other teams, projects, and departments. This as the applications would interact with current and future solutions, both based on legal requirements, technology and above all design and communication.
Worked together in a cross-functional team with agile development methodology, where both Scrum and Kanban were applied. All the created and obtained data (requirements), both functional and non-functional, were taken into account, which was continuously documented from an interaction design perspective.
I was responsible for building Design systems for the entire agency
design organization. In all work, we adhered to WCAG and accessibility issues, to ensure that we met the set requirements. This was also carried out in the active development of the Design system. From the perspective of the authorities, one had to be prepared for rapid changes, which meant that one needed to be flexible in one's work and adapt to the prevailing business rules.

Then tested the design in the form of in-depth usability tests in order to validate and ensure that the work is moving in the right direction, but also to find friction and thresholds that could be developed and improved. All created and obtained data (requirements), both functional and non-functional, were documented.
There was a developed Design system, which I related to
during all design work. From the perspective of the authorities, I had to work and adapt to the prevailing business rules.
Also worked with accessibility issues and WCAQ, in order to ensure that we reached the set requirements.
Worked methodically and strategically via agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban. The role included a lot of independent work but I also worked closely with the team consisting of mostly data scientists who worked with AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
By combining an individual's qualities and competencies through smart AI, the guidance counselor can in a much more effective way come up with suggestions for industries and specific professions that suit the specific individual.
