- Global roll-out in 50 countries in regions such as Europe, IMEA, Americans, APAC and China

report and follow up on the project based on time, budget, resources and scope. Patrik
was also responsible for stakeholder management, reporting to the steering committeè
and
negotiating an agreement with 3rd party vendor CommerceTools.
Top priorities for the project:
- Negotiate an agreement with CommerceTools.
- Replace all public-facing parts of the Magento installation before the vendor stopped
publishing security patches (end of life).
- Enable more efficient management of multiple payment gateways globally.
- Decrease vendor lock-in by replacing Magento with several services, instead of one
monolith platform.
- Global roll-out in 50 countries in regions such as Europe, IMEA, Americans, APAC and China. Before Magento stopped releasing sercurity patches.
