Novozymes A/S is the world-leading company within bio innovation. They produce industrial enzymes and microorganisms.
Being a digital product designer at Novozymes, my focus was on the customer experience and delivering digital prod- ucts that brought value to the customers and the business. Finding out the customer needs and pains and user-test assumptions so I would know early in the design process whether these assumptions were worth moving forward with or not.
To be able to work fast and efficient, I worked with a design system that supported my design process in doing low or high fidelity designs.
In my time at Novozymes A/S, I was part of a digital transformation, where design sprint and agile product development were ways of working.
I have worked on projects to create new customer leads and web-apps for troubleshooting our customer's production facility and also web-apps for calculating the number of enzymes to be added in our customers products.

My responsibility was to project manage and design online campaign activities. The goal was to drive traffic, awareness, customer retention and ultimately increase product sales for our clients.
As key account manager for Schulstad A/S I have helped them move their competition activities from brochure to web.
With six competition campaign-sites a year, I managed to collect twice as many permissions for their newsletter. I helped optimise their newsletter with new design and relevant content which increased customer satisfaction signifi- cantly.
As a key account manager for TDC Mobil I have been responsible for some of the campaign content on their web platform and also produced external banners which helped introduce new mobile products to the market.
