Skatteverket Developed Skatteverket's new web-based case handling system for digitalization of physical documents. Tasked with developing the frontend and UX. The project involved constant interaction with stakeholders with diéering, sometimes contrasting needs. I set up a fast feedback loop through high degree of prototyping and meetings to present the prototype and gather feedback. The biggest technical challenge of the project was integration with Skatteverket's legacy systems, which mainly use outdated technologies.
