The scope of the project is to review the functional design and peer review the scripts and
scenarios, test the functionality of the store and merchandise work packages, worked on
multiple interfaces that are connected to SAP, and prepare the planned dates for the
functional acceptance test and system integration test preparation/execution for each work
package and create pricing documents, pricing conditions & schema validation.
Responsibilities • Taking care of daily Critical jobs which are dealing with price changes between SAP
and different legacy systems.
• Writing and executing different test scenarios for functional testing of issues after
bug fixes by the technical team.
• Performing FUTs (Functional testing), and performance validations in all the ways
after fixing and documentation for all the test cases done.
• Also did configuration changes for some of the issues and tested them.
Issue replications in the lower environment for those issues raised by business users.
• Thinking from the business perspective and doing all possible scenarios for FUTs,
trying to make UAT always PASS.
• Handling the tasks required before release and during the Production release which
happens once every month.
• Handling different incidents which were reported by business users and auto
generated (regarding jobs running in Production) and managing through service
now.
• Monitoring daily Jobs and taking required action during Job failures or long runs.
• Supporting during MI (Major issue) when required.

Responsibilities • Active role in SAP support for WM issues, supporting all 4 regions EMEA, NAFTA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Focal for MM / WM in my current project and handling alone.
• Work closely with the client and help them with the issues raised.
• Anchored process innovation & implemented Kanban Process in WM.
• Independently configured and processed for a new Warehouse set-up and many other configurations according to the flow requested by the user.
• Handled various MM configurations like defining release strategy changes, purchasing group creation and changes.
• Handling Inventory issues during stock counting activities in the warehouse, available for 24/7 support based on the requirement in different time regions to provide a quick solution for the issue raised.
• For logic change issues, coordinated with the technical team and delivered client successfully the fixes and enhancements in given timelines.
• Performed Business improvement activities by developing a custom TRM solution to receive the Pallets from Vendor.
