Sammanfattning
I have long consultant experience working with chatbots and other forms of Natural Language Processing disciplines - i.e., for an insurance and pension company, I had the roles of Project Manager and Architect on an implementation of a machine learning algorithm using NLP.
The algorithm was developed to classify payment transfer requests received from the company's customers.
In connection with a vendor evaluation, I developed a PoC in the "Microsoft bot framework" optimized for conversing about insurance products.
Utilizing the "Nina" framework, developed by Nuance, I managed another PoC aimed at the insurance and pension industry.
My most recent experience with chatbots was on an assignment at a large Danish drilling company (oil & gas), where I assisted with the integration between RPA robots and Google's "Dialogflow" chatbot and used ServiceNow.
