Sammanfattning
I am a senior project manager and strategist who has also done a fair share of work as a developer. I like switching between these roles as I find it makes me both a better project manager and a better developer. And I very much enjoy both the nitty gritty work of developing software and the joyful work of making people around me better, that a project manager does. My background in project management, cognitive science and PR makes me an excellent communicator and gives me a lot of insight in to the mind of the user and the customer.
Professionell bakgrund
2018-01 - 2020-01
I filled a number of different roles during my time at MÄN. I was a project manager, strategist and I was in charge of IT and security (physical and digital) for the whole organization. Among the projects I managed was a new main website (män.se) and a new website for one the main branches of MÄN (killar.se). I also did all of the development (frontend and backend) for these sites, as well most of the UX/Design work including (but not limited to) content design, wireframing, focus groups and needs analysis.

At Decerno I worked as a project manager for a couple of different customers. This entailed all
of the things that a project manager at a consultancy firm usually does: Making sure the customer is informed and satisfied with the work, keeping track of the work and billable hours, managing developers and other team members work and keeping management appraised of everything.
2014-01 - 2017-01
My task at Östhammars kommun was to build the digital side of an entirely new PR department. This included, but was not limited to, creating a new website and a new intranet in Episerver for the municipality. I managed both of these projects and did a lot of work on the frontend, content design, wireframing, focus groups, accessibility and needs analysis. I was also part of implementing PM3 as a governance model for all IT systems in the municipality.

2013-01 - 2014-01
MuchDifferent was a startup which I joined about two years after it was founded. I did work both as the chief communications officer and as a project manager. As project manager I managed a small team of developers building an iOS app for amateur pilots flying small aircraft. I also built a new website for the company.
