As a delivery manager I manage the entire delivery process, prfioritize backlog and distribute resources accordingly as well as lead the entire team in their work. Together with my team we translate our customer's needs into feasible projects and digital services, in collaboration with our three Competence Teams; Business, Design and Technology.
Main responsibilities include: • Pre-investigation: For key opportunities me and my team could get involved to manage expectations and ensure we can deliver what the customer asks for, for instance: investigating whether all the data the customer wants is available at a data source we have not yet connected.
