As a Product Owner I'm are responsible for the development of our 4 Nordic e-commerce sites.
I work closely with the stakeholders within the organization in order to gather requirements and development needs, both from a customer perspective and our own internal administrators. Focus on user experience
Thereafter transfer these needs into functional descriptions, User Stories and workable tasks for our development team.
I lead and prioritize the backlog. We work with developers offshore and I'm used to guide and leading an international environment.

It's much about priorities and doing the right thing at the right time. Evaluating the business impact of functionality and making sure we develop the platform in line to support business targets.

At Authority I worked as a project manager, guiding our customers true various digital projects.
My tasks where to prepare, plan and drive projects, linked to e-commerce, digital strategy, webpages and integrations projects.
As a project leader at Authority you are both in close cooperation with the development team (Scrum) and together with the customers. I always strive to really understand the customer needs, I rather ask one time to much than missing an important detail. That is how we can not only meet but exceed customer expectations

With this mission I was responsible for driving, building and maintaining the Atlas Copco Intranet and digital workplace, called the Hub. (Atlas Copco have 44 000 employee's distributed within more than 150 countries)
I was responsible for our vision, mission and strategy (in collaboration with stakeholders and upper management)
I made sure the mission was in line with business objectives and to drive our Intranet program towards the stated mission.
Make sure the intranet program is in line with other major programs within the organization.
My responsibility included yearly budget and roadmap for the program, follow-up and reporting of those to the Steering Committee
Evaluate and drive different projects (business cases, feasibility studies) up to approval
Make sure we have clear and documented processes for development and how we run projects, in order to deliver projects and new functionality with quality both in launch and for future maintenance.
Within my team we drive communication, awareness and benefits of this program towards the organization and stakeholders.

Lead the HUB team, currently 6 people.

Examples of project done:
Redesign intranet front page
The goal was to create an interesting and informative frontpage for all employees within Atlas Copco. A natural place for the employee to start the day. Besides the redesign of the page we had to make the backend system both user friendly and intuitive for communication people around the world. We also did an improvement of the internal article categories and search function.
For this project; besides from managing the project I made most of the design myself. I also did the global training sessions for all admins.

My challenge was to replace a CCMS system for production of Technical Documentation. The new system and support processes shall be prepared to function from a global perspective as we have production sites in many locations around the world. The solution should also support product information from a marketing standpoint. I lead the requirement gathering, RFQ process, evaluation, building the business case and drove the investment approval. With my side I had a great team of 7 people.

The technical part of this project, collecting requirements, RFQ process and configuration has been the straight forward part. Building the business case and driving the investment proposal towards the upper management together with the change management for the involved departments. I believe my ability to find and visualise the core business objectives, present and simplify complex system together with a "never give up" attitude has been my key to success.

The result was a system that could feed both marketing department with product data for catalogue production, technical documentation department with info for manual production, the sales department for product information in quotations.

As the e-Commerce and Web Manager, I was responsible for our e-commerce solution ShopOnline and the business area website, including the online product catalogue.
The responsibility included development and maintenance of the website solution as well as training and change management towards the organisation to fully make use of those solutions, primarily the marketing teams and our global sales organization.
I was leading a team of 2 persons.

Examples of project done where:
Online product catalogue
Build up an online product catalogue for Industrial Technique. This was done in cooperation with Atlas Copco corporate communication and other business areas. We have more than 5000 products and systems to be published in 23 languages. The product catalogue was built in CMS system Tridion and is integrated and visible on the Atlas Copco country sites. We did not only publish information about our products but also included an implementation to our spare parts system. One important task to mention is to create and implement processes to later keep the information up to date, new products launched and obsolete taken away.

EDI connections
As our key customers (Caterpillar, Ford, GM, JohnDeree) are implementing global purchase system the demand for customized e-catalogues where increasing. E-catalogues contain product information and those are injected direct in the customer ERP system. I drove the project of creating an automated e-catalogue for our customers; this resulted in the elimination of manual work for our customer centres, saving about 40 hours per customer centre/month.
