Post deployment was also responsible for Creation, planning, scheduling, and sending of Campaigns. Ensured Adobe Campaign Interaction, participants get a high-performance marketing offer recommendation engine servicing inbound and outbound channels. The marketing offers were sent out based on individual profiles, past responses, and present behavior.

• End to end data center migration from CSC to TCS data center including application transition and maintenance for 100+ applications. As transition manager, was responsible for planning, execution, governance, budget, and resource planning for the end to end data center migration. Migration of 50+ application to azure cloud. Ensured automation of checklist for production cutover planning and automated regression testing to the extent possible.
2011-04 - 2013-05
• Transition project of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Corporate Technology Services (CTS) applications for Sears Holding Company, USA (240+ Applications in a short span of 4months). followed by management of 24X7 support of the applications, plan and execute small to medium sized enhancements, governance, planning and forecasting of resource utilization and maintain client relationship. The project required to develop and motivate a new team for knowledge transfer, application transition and maintenance and to ramp up to deliver enhancements within a short period.

• Involved in the transition as the Portfolio Manager for the team supporting Loyalty, Freight, USAS Sys and Reporting applications.
