Hästens is a world leading manufacturer of quality beds and beddings. I helped Hästens implement their Digital Success Center where employees and partners can request services and report incidents related to Hästens business systems. The Digital Success Center was integrated with Hästens IAM solution and the ticketing system used by their IT service provider.

SBAB is a state owned bank that offers loans and savings products to consumers, tenant-owners’ associations and property companies in Sweden. SBAB introduced a new model for agile portfolio management. I supported the project, product, and tech organizations through this change holding workshops, building solutions, and coaching users.

Trustly is a market leader in account-to-account payments.
At Trustly I led the company’s top priority project aiming to remedy a number of remarks made by the Swedish financial supervisory authority that rendered the company a 120 million SEK fine. With a very tight timeplan, in a cross functional project involving 60+ people, we managed to become compliant in Sweden in only 6 months.

CareDx improves the outcome of organ transplants by assessing the genetic match between donors and receivers.
I lead the software team delivering analysis software for clinics and labs as well as internal support systems for R&D and production.

Infometric, through its system for individual reading and billing of electricity, water and heating, gives property owners and residents control over their consumption.
I have in turn helped the support, delivery, operations, development, and sales teams to structure their work and increase their collaboration using Jira. Now everyone is moving in the same direction and the teams can focus on delivering value throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

As Chief Operating Officer at Health Solutions, I improved the delivery capability by introducing a clear and company-wide priority, reducing the number of ongoing projects, creating transparency all the way from sales to aftermarket, and increasing internal collaboration. I led three teams with a total of 15 project managers, application specialists, and developers.

I led a team of experts on the Atlassian product suite and was responsible for hiring, training, selling, follow-up and competence development. Most of the projects we delivered were driven by a desire to introduce a more agile way of working. Much of my time was spent coaching consultants and clients in agile thinking and how to avoid the pitfalls along the way.

Riada developed an intranet platform focused on gamification. I led the work from concept to launch together with a fantastic development team.

In my role as a consultant at Riada, I had assignments as a requirements analyst, business analyst, business developer, agile coach, and application expert on Atlassian's products. I have led 7 intranet projects, about 10 service desk projects, solutions for managing operational risks, marketing, HR, and much more.

At St Jude I was lucky to have managers that saw the leadership potential in me. I got the chance to join St Judes leadership program, get my first formal role as a leader managing a team developing software for the implantable pacemaker, and eventually join the department leadership team. I learned coaching leadership, adapting my leadership to peoples motivators, and how to implement a healthy feedback culture.
St Jude was early (especially for being in the medtech industry) to adopt agile methods. Many of the early icons of the agile movement such as Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber came and held workshops and the teams were constantly trying new ways of working. I learned a lot about agile thinking and lean development.
2008-04 - 2009-05
Project manager leading the development of the built-in software in St Jude's latest Pacing Signal Analyzer - an aid used by the surgeon when a new pacemaker is implanted into the body. The product was based on a completely new hardware platform and has been a great success. This was the first product where St Jude implemented the IEC standard 62304, Medical Device Software - Software Life Cycle Processes. I was responsible for adapting existing development processes. Part of the project team was located in San Francisco.
2005-10 - 2007-11
Requirements analyst with focus on design and requirements for the radio link between the pacemaker implanted in the body and the equipment used to analyze and configure the pacemaker's function. This required both a deep technical understanding and knowledge of a large number of use cases where the link is used.

As a software engineer at Ortivus AB, I worked with virtually the entire development cycle. I started with code and test development and then added design at both software and system level. Over time, I moved more and more towards concept development and requirements analysis. During the last years at Ortivus, I had the role of project manager and learned a lot about quality management.
