reductions through executing a number of Business Process Outsourcing agreements - transferring
almost a hundred employees; incrementally transitioning ~130 business applications; migrating the data-
center operations; replacing the local, onsite IT infrastructure services and the service desk. Controlling a
program budget of k€ 40 and leading a program team of 60 FTEs.

Management Development function through a collaborative partnership with Amadeus, including the transfer of 25 FTEs to a newly established Centre of Expertise, and the hand-over of the ongoing SAS
development project of a next-generation Revenue Management System (RMS), which after deployment
enabled SAS to become the first airline in the world to launch a customer-centric, origin & destination
RMS.
