The youth's curiosity about HTML programming led to a computer engineering degree and professional career as a system developer. From there, roles such as system architect, ERP specialist and integration architect have created a broad palette of knowledge, useful in many industries.

The position as integration architect at the office furniture company Kinnarps AB mainly revolved around the integration platform iCore.
The platform has a central part in the company's IT environment where Johan was responsible for development and support of integration flows.
Johan was a the point of contact for integration issues internally but also with external suppliers and consultants.
2024-05 - 2021-12
Johan's initial time at the global industrial company Cejn AB was focused on an ERP project where CEJN switched from Movex M3 to Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
The project included implementing a new system in two factories and six sales companies, and Johan's areas of responsibility during this phase were master data, integrations and sales process.
After Go-Live (October, 2017), the entire "Supply Chain" chain was included in Johan's area of responsibility. Johan created trust internally as a specialist in the area and contributed to helping the company get the right support for their business processes from the ERP system.
In addition to Dynamics AX, Johan also worked with support and monitoring in Biztalk, as well as administration of the company's CRM solution. (Dynamics CRM 365).
During 2020-2021, Johan acted as internal project manager in the work of establishing an e-commerce solution for key customers.

Johan belonged to the company's central IT department where he worked as both a developer and an architect.
Johan acted as the main person responsible for the development work of the company's sales portal. As an architect, developer, requirements collector and trainer, it was a broad and challenging work.
Johan was the person who technically, through .NET development and requirement documentation, translated the business needs into a functioning system solution.
The sales portal that handled the largest part of the company's order process had 900 users globally, was integrated with four external product selection softwares and integrated with the business systems Jeeves and M3.
2024-05 - 2008-11
The employment began with a trainee period before Johan was offered employment in the company's Microsoft team. Johan then worked with .NET development in various consulting assignments.
2022-12 - Pågående
At the end of 2022, Johan started his own company, Caprifolium Consulting AB. Through the company, Johan is available as a consultant.
Initially, Johan worked with two different assignments.
Pilot study at CEJN AB for the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Work with mapping the current ERP solution and planning for an implementation project.
Interim consultant as integration architect at Kinnarps AB. Johan has for nine months acted as an integration architect during the recruitment process of a new employee. After that work with handover and training of new employee.
