For more than 15 years, I have worked with IT project & program management (waterfall and agile), organizational change management and business analysis & development. My experience is based on a broad range of industries from my years as a consultant followed by 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Lately I have gained additional knowledge from the public sector with a freelance assignment for the Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization and a freelance
assignment for a logistics company, Scan Global Logistics.
I am structured, dependable, highly efficient and I connect easily with people. My open, clear and friendly communication style fosters safe environments to work in where all problems – regardless of nature – can be solved. I believe that teamwork

Leading the transformation of the IT organization into a leaner and more efficient organization as a pre-requisite for a potential IPO (Initial Public Offering).
