customers have been former employers Contendo, where I worked on improving the user
interface of their product Leading the Lead, and helped creating new concepts for sales
competitions and Norsk Rikstoto, where I finished work on Rikstoto Direkte which is their live
streaming service.
2016-08 - 2018-07
a cross-functional agile team initially using Scrum, but transitioning over to Kanban later in the project. My role included conducting user interviews, usability testing, creating wireframes,
developing prototypes and taking part in the final design.
Initial research and analysis showed a significant problem with the onboarding of new users. I
designed a new onboarding process, and an A/B test showed a 60% increase in new users going through with a purchase.
I was also involved in a pilot project for a new intranet based on Office 365, Sharepoint and Teams.
My role included conducting user surveys and analysis, creating an information architecture,
developing a controlled vocabulary for metadata and writing a functional specification for the intranet.
2010-03 - 2016-08
identify user KPIs, designed business processes and user flows, and devised new and unique ways of presenting prognoses and trends. Another important task was to monitor the use of the various
systems using Google analytics to identify potential issues.
One customer achieved 50% increase in leads follow-up, another stated that they achieved, "a ROI we do not dare tell Contendo about".

facilitated workshops, conducted usability and accessibility tests, developed wireframes and prototypes, and coordinated the work with graphic designers and developers.

Ministry of local government and regional development, where I was responsible for the UX on the e-vote 2011 project to test internet voting in the local elections.
Statped, where I was responsible for the UX and UI for a case management system with focus on
accessibility for visually impaired users.
Schibsted, where I was part of a cross-functional agile team using Scrum methodology to create an
in-house system for knowledge and competence sharing between their offices throughout Europe.
Montér/Optimera, where I co-hosted a series of workshops to inspire the Nordic management
team and uncover wants and needs to create a roadmap for the company's internet strategy.
