Sammanfattning
I have been working for more than 30 years with IT, data communication and IT security in various roles and contexts ranging from traditional IT systems to specialized embedded electronic systems. I have held positions spanning over several skill areas like service engineering, product development and management roles of various kinds.
16 years ago I co-founded a seed business unit within Tritech Technology AB where I led a small team who developed an IoT network solution based on RF-mesh technology which later became Connode AB.
My focus during the years at Connode was to establish and expand the business. Besides defining the roadmap much of my time was spent on developing the company's market strategy and business model together with our key accounts. In the process I gained international experience as well as complex sales processes.
In October 2017 I founded Lightship Consulting AB and is since then self-employed specialized in helping companies to define and enable their IoT business offerings and drive digitalization processes.
I prefer to work in a dynamic environment with management and business responsibilities. I do my best work when I can combine my engineering skills with my business and market experience to drive, plan and launch new offerings or new products.
Often appreciated is my ability to explain business benefits of a complex technical solution in plain language to decision makers and stake holders.
I consider myself to be positive, creative and dynamic with a clear view of my goals in business as well as in private life. I am always eager to learn new things and meet new people. My colleagues tell me that I am open minded and easy to work with. Having spent most of my carrier in entrepreneurial environments has also taught me the importance of keeping calm and focus on the essentials when reality and plan diverges.
