• I transformed the product development & IT work by implementing a fully agile organization that substantially improved time to market and efficiency. I built the IT team and organization from scratch (prior to being 100% outsourced). I implemented IT- and product strategies including yearly roadmaps in sync with overall strategy, sales and marketing.

• I recruited the Product Management team from scratch. I defined the product strategy and set the product roadmap for development, increased site conversion, user retention, user experience/usability, SEO and the implementation of a web analytic function. I was also responsible for all partner solutions and third-party cooperation's. Last year I was responsible for moving the product IT development work to a ValueClick owned company in Shanghai's, China.
