I had the overall responsibility to ensure that the processes, procedures, work templates and tools are optimal from a department and section point of view. I handled the revision handling and revision planning of both Hardware and Software. Responsible for all new releases for both hardware and software in the Electrolux PLM (TeamCenter) system as well as the branch and merge planning and handling both in projects and products.
Additionally, I was responsible for the creation and management of the change control board and the document management process as well as Sprint End Review meetings in SharePoint and Confluence.
