I initially worked with a team of doctors before I shifted to the newly released psychology department in mid-May 2018.
As a team member of the operational department, I controlled the growth management and assured that our admin staff
conducted a consecutive and beneficial scheduling process. As being in charge of a large team, I performed different HR tasks
that can be relevant for employees and held performance talks regularly as well as salary reviews.
Besides handling and being fully responsible for my team - I also worked closely with our Business Developers and cross-
functional teams in R&D, analyzing and evaluating the competitive environment and product metrics to determine the right
features and opportunities for our in-house as well as external users.
2018-01 - 2018-04
Project management, maintenance, and implementation of new processes that affected and involved all technical aspects and workspaces that our medical personnel used in their daily work. I had the full responsibility to deliver agile support and incident
control, that also included a close collaboration with our R&D teams.
2017-02 - 2018-01
I worked as a cross-function for both sales and customer success, being the point of contact for all B2B and B2C offerings that
were offered in the product. During this time, I established and maintained relationships with over 800 vendors around the world.
As a product owner, I worked closely with a remote development team, making sure that the technical product worked
smoothly for our customers and handled all the content that was presented in the app. I was the project lead for a plugin launch
that was released for all browsers.
2016-04 - 2017-02
Administration and IT system ownership as well as the recruitment of contractors. Supported our 4 subsidiaries with 5000
employees together with a team of 3 people and was in the IT lead when launching/taking over a new company.

handled the main contact with our largest customers such as Microsoft, Dell, IBM, and many more, and helped them plan their
exhibitions and seminars during the conference.
