Helped organisations succeed with business critical and cross-functional change projects in order to ensure the organisation is better positioned to achieve long-term objectives. Focused on agile transformation, organisational development and change management in various industries covering project management, process development and implementation, coaching and facilitation. Engaged as an Agile coach to enable and carry out the agile organisation development within Centigo's business unit, Business Transformation.

Agile transformation - Clas Ohlson
Clas Ohlson needed support in the implementation of Agile ways of working within the team developing and operating the e-Commerce solution. Emma joined as Coach and Project Manager and quickly built a strong trust with the client, which helped drive the change. With the ability to get a good overview of the organisation, Emma identified challenges realising the value of implementing agile when the team collaborated with multiple areas of the organisation. This led to the initiation of an organisational wide Agile transformation based on the SAFe framework. Emma was supporting the start-up phase with valuable insight from both business and IT, and how a new e-Commerce organisation could be set up.

e-Commerce platform upgrade - Clas Ohlson
Clas Ohlson also needed support during their e-Commerce platform upgrade and site redesign and Emma as a Coach and overall Project Manager. She directly led and coached the onshore team of 20 people, drove the overall activities and facilitated sprint events. Emma worked closely with the Product Owner on requirements and prioritization to ensure the project stayed focused and on track. She had a key role in bridging between the Project Manager and development teams in India that helped ensure strong collaboration between the onshore and offshore teams.

Organisation and product development - Dahl
Emma joined Dahl to take lead on the development of the EDI solution and make it part of e-Commerce offering and a strong contributor to the online business. Emmas was responsible for analysing current processes and roles, design and implement a new organisation with Agile ways of working, as well as development and support channels through Jira. As a result two new roles were created and the collaboration between business and IT improved substantially, which in turn led to improved customer satisfaction.

As part of the project, Emma facilitated a pilot and completed an as-is customer journey mapping focusing on all sales channels including e-Commerce, physical shops and direct sales. The customer journey was based on insights from several customer interviews and created a better understanding of the customers' needs and behaviours when developing the different channels.

Sourcing technical solution - Dahl
Emma was also responsible for an evaluation of the sourcing of the EDI solution and the current integration platform. Emma drove the whole process from evaluation of which sourcing solution to invest in, how to implement it and coordinated the necessary activities from start to end of the implementation of a new integration platform.

Change management - Saint Gobain Distribution Sweden (SGDS)
Emma worked as a Change Lead during an HR-system implementation at SGDS. She was responsible for target group and impact analysis, as well as planning and carrying out activities to meet the target group's needs throughout the change journey.

Market analysis ERP solution - Green Cargo
Emma helped Green Cargo in a market analysis to identify and evaluate potential ERP systems for procurement. One part of the business was in urgent need of finding a sustainable and long-term solution and within a month Emma gathered the requirements from the business and completed the evaluation.
