Project on site fulltime. Role in project: Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst
As a business analyst Emelie's role was to gather business requirements, design solutions and lead the development of the customers Dynamics Solution. Her function also included bridging the gap between business and developers as she worked with both onshore and an offshore team based in India as their Technical Project Manager. They used an agile approach to be able to deliver the best design and customizations when developing new features.

2017-2018 SEVERAL SMALL TO MID SIZE COMPANIES

Implementation and customization of different versions of Microsoft Dynamics for new and existing customers. Emelie has also been responsible for training before go-live and user/ technical support after go-live of both CRM and Marketing Automation systems.
She has been working close with customers from different companies and supporting them and making sure they get the best use of their Marketing Automation system integrated with their CRM and business processes.

2016 EXECUTION AND PLANNING OF A PRODUCT LAUNCH
Project fulltime. Role in project: Project Manager and Marketing Consultant
Emelie was responsible for a product launch where they reached their sales target more than one month before the deadline. Activities includes: the opportunity to pre-order product online or by phone, a launch party with potential customers and staff, newsletters and advertising in different digital channels. The goal was to sell for 8.3 million SEK before last December. When Emelie worked her last day, one month before deadline, sales were up over 10 million SEK.
Her responsibility also included development and improvement of website and e-commerce, both individually and together with external company.

2014-2015 IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW CRM SYSTEM
Project fulltime. Role in project: Project manager, CRM-specialist
Implementation of a new CRM-system together with IT-department and CRM technical developer. Emelie did all internal training for 70 users and supported them on daily basis with all their issues (for 3 countries). She made tutorials for users to make it easier for them to learn the system and together with the developer they made adjustment to improve the system. She also supported the Marketing and Sales department with segment selections from the CRM, forecast and KPI reports and worked close to the Data Cleansing Team which were responsible for data quality.
