QA Lead Team Coordinator

For our client ion Stockholm we are now looking for a Team Coordinator for QA Leads at the Sales Store division.

As a Team Coordinator you will lead the daily work of the QA Leads. You are also expected to be an active part of the POS management team. The role requires close cooperation within the team, the clients other internal stakeholders and their suppliers who are responsible for POS-development. You will be a leader for leaders and for yourself since this is a combined role as Team Coordinator and QA Lead.

To be successful we believe you are an experienced QA Lead with a highly cross collaborative mindset with the ability to understand our business and complex environment as well as drive quality assessment in all project phases. In your role, you will interact with many parties as well as work closely with our business and suppliers. You are charismatic in leading the work forward and collaboration and communication with different stakeholders comes natural to you.

Your to do-list as a Team Coordinator includes:
• Responsible for the coordination of approximately 12 QA Leads including resource planning, planning and distribution of team workload and tasks in their daily operation and as well as securing future delivery and team structure
• Be part of our tactical and strategical decision making with internal and external stakeholders
• Be able to motivate, delegate and inspire the QA Lead team, while at the same time not having in depth knowledge of every aspect of their delivery, keeping the overall picture perspective
• Responsible for continuous improvements of ways of working internally and with our suppliers

Your to do-list as a QA Lead includes:
• Test management and quality assurance of IT services (Service Validation) for retail solutions including software, hardware, infrastructure, processes and country rollout
• Collaborate and communicate with project managers, internal and external suppliers, testers, requirements analysts, architects and country resources to secure quality and delivery within project time frames
• Review of external suppliers' deliverables and way-of-working
• Review of requirement documentation, review and assess test results from UAT test execution
• Creation of test plans and test reports and other test-related deliverables
• Manage test meetings, analyse defects and communicate test status

Requirements for the Team Coordinator role:
• Genuine interest and drive to lead and develop others
• Be here and now and at the same time have a long-term plan in collaboration with other stakeholders such as delivery manager and process leads (Ability to dig into details but still have the bigger picture in mind)
• Since role is a 50/50 assignment you must be able to take on different roles in different situations and switch between different work tasks daily

Requirements for the QA Lead role:
• Solid (5+ years) experience in QA Lead/Test lead roles for IT-services and/or acquired IT-solutions and products
• Extensive knowledge in test processes and test methods
• Experience of test management and quality assurance of complex IT solutions
• Experience of projects in a global environment
• Experience of working with services and suppliers
• Experience from working with retail and/or POS solution is beneficial
