You will be a part of a comprehensive program of innovation in order to improve the online experience of users on a NSW government system
You will be working for the government department that enable services to work together in support of everyone's right to access justice and other help for families, and promote early intervention and inclusion, with benefits for the whole community.
You are an experienced UI/UX designer to work collaboratively within an existing core project team to develop prototypes for defined user journeys and facilitate workshops to channel discussions relating to user experience, user interface and user testing.
- Work side-by-side with the business analyst and development teams here in Sydney, as well as high-profile stakeholders to explore and solve challenging legal user experience problems.
- Setup and manage user tests, with internal and external users to qualify designs and ideas
- Ability to interpret defined application flow (from process maps) to be able to define entry/exit criteria, navigation, form components, help, group related data, menu structure..etc in complex user journeys.
- Apply fundamental user experience, design and research principles to deliver intuitive customer journeys.
Must Have:
- Proven (7+ years) experience in Axure
- Proven (7+ years) experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Experience working with Agile teams
- Experience in WCAG 2.0 standards
Desireable:
- Related degrees and certification
- Experience with NSW Digital Design standards
- NSW Justice or related agency experience
