This is a customer facing role and typical duties will include:
- Provide VC, AV and desktop support to End Users
- Accept walk-ups and provide diagnosis and analysis, work through Incident and Service Requests, complete routine checks of equipment and site;
Build and re-image laptops and desktops - Technology onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Provide reports, update procedures and general administration activities
- Scheduling and hosting training sessions, creating educational materials.
To be considered for this role you must have;
- Previous experience in providing IT technical support in a large organisation
Self-driven with a positive "can do" attitude. - Apply sound judgment.

- Deal with day to day issues raised by end users, establishing priorities and set deadlines.
- Be able to communicate with all end users in a professional manner.
