Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 to Level 3 IT support to the company’s employees. You will support and maintain a broad range of technologies across desktops, systems, applications and servers.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in an IT support role will see you succeed in this position. You will possess the ability to troubleshoot and manage servers, and be willing to provide helpdesk support when needed. Specifically, you will have experience with the following:
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Windows Server
