Senior Project Manager

Experienced project manager to work on a large cloud transformation program. You will have experience managing project teams providing direction and leadership to Implementation Consultants, Business Analysts and Client Support Teams.

You ensure the success of your projects through effective stakeholder management, team leadership and results-focused project delivery and you get the recognition for it.

To be successful in the role, you will bring the following experience and attributes:

• Minimum 5 years experience of project management with a software or cloud vendor preferably within the healthcare domain
• Ability to effectively manage a team of technical and professional employees, fostering a collaborative team environment through your motivational leadership style
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment and manage competing priorities
• Strong problem solving skills, using a common sense and diplomatic approach to ensure resolution of issues and management of project scope

Selection Criteria:

• Solid understanding of the project life cycle and project methodologies (Waterfall and Agile), including risk, issue management and change management
• 5 years Project Management in the Information Technology or cloud space with a strong back ground in platform technology and/or applications.
• Proven problem analysis and resolution experience, time and resource management skills
• High level of organisational skills, effective project planning and implementation within a complex multidisciplinary business environment.
• Demonstrable ability to deliver projects on time and on budget and to agreed specifications/scope
• Reliable stakeholder relationship management and the ability to work with governance processes to achieve timely progress.
