Assignment Details

We are now looking for an IT Project Manager with responsibility for the implementations in one or more projects within the Supply Chain Capabilities program.

Your first focus will be on solutions for Bonded Warehouse, starting with a project for our Swedish Online Distribution Center which also supports Norwegian Customers (i.e. outside of EU).

The projects within the Supply Chain Capabilities program take a holistic view of the supply chain processes from supplier to end customer. Important goals are improved availability, service levels, efficiency and flexibility.

The program consists of several functional initiatives, pre-studies and ongoing projects. It is divided into four sub-areas:
• Omni Availability – where we create solutions for sharing of stock between our sales channels to increase availability for customers.
• Order Orchestration - which is about offering a wider assortment to Online customers, and balancing capacity between Online warehouses.
• Optimize Flows – which has its focus on inbound, balancing, and moves processes to and from Distribution Centers.
• Bonded Warehouse - allowing handling of non-customs cleared goods designated for another country to avoid double duty and tax payments. IT solutions will be implemented using SAP software already in use within our client (like SAP ECC, EWM, and GTS), with integration to our Customs Broker and the Customs Authorities

All projects are truly cross-functional and with this comes a large need for coordination, steering and cooperation between the several IT Divisions and Business Functions. The projects do not primarily aim at implementing completely new IT systems, but rather to coordinate changes in existing business processes, systems and platforms. To achieve this, you will work very closely to a Project Manager at our Logistics function who has responsibility for everything on the business side, and equally close to IT Architects and several other roles within the existing organization.
Later, you may also take on other projects within the Omni Availability area.

Your responsibilities:
• Lead complex implementation projects across functions, divisions, and geographical markets.
• Establish a very tight cooperation with the Business project manager(s) and other colleagues.
• Lead, inspire and motivate project members and stakeholders to deliver and contribute to the project’s success.
• Coordinate and steer cross functional activities.
• Hold full responsibility for project objectives, roadmaps, and time plans.
• Understand business needs and requirements on a high level.
• Report to the steering group and other stakeholders.
• Drive and support decision making cross projects and our client's functions.
• Provide relevant alternatives for decisions.
• Supply input for the budget process.

Your skills and personal characteristics:
• Extensive IT project management experience, minimum 5 years.
• You are curious, non-prestigious and take initiative to always find the best way forward.
• Strong analytical skills - can find, understand and analyze things that are not obvious.
• Have a business and customer-oriented mindset and are skillful in managing many stakeholders.
• Enjoy taking responsibility and working in a changing environment.
• You are a strong team-player but can also act independently and take own initiatives.
• Good ability to create various documentation, and to work towards specific deadlines.
• Knowledge about the client's Group and its IT Department is a merit, especially within the scope of Retail Core Solutions (SAP).
• Experiences from other projects concerning international trad would also be strong merits, especially if combined with experience from using SAP ECC, EWM, and GTS together with external systems. If you, on top of that, have experience from doing this in a retail environment with large numbers of transaction, the you are an extra good fit.

The position is in Stockholm and is a full-time position You will spend a lot of time at other offices in Stockholm, likely with need for occasional travelling to Distribution Centers within Sweden.
