Power BI Expert/Mentor, Malmö

A tool was developed by a former colleague, to be able to measure Procurements performance, contract compliancy, coast savings .etc. It builds on a set of 9 reports and several of more under laying reports. There have not been conducted any professional documentation of the tool at all like the technical documentation and how where and when the data is collected. When the creator of the tool left Procurement, the BI team got 2-3-weeks hand over to the BI team to resources with very limited Power BI experience. 

The scope of the consultant services is to assist with...

• Educating Procurement BI Team recourses in MS Power BI tool by .... 
• Assessment of the existing P2P solution. 
• Clear recommendation of short, mid and long-term development to improve the solution design and make it more stable 
• Analyses of existing Change Request (backlog) and create a development plan 
• Integrate new data sources to existing solution
• Create a dashboard with the measurements and existing KPi's (Procurement Performance Dashboard 
• Support and coach BI teams’ recourses technical vises when building other Power BI prototypes / solution 

You need to be expert in the Microsoft Power BI Tool and Business Intelligence in general 

You need to have a senior leadership skill set and be pedagogic to be able to educate and lift the Power BI knowledge in the team 

You need to have a strategical kind of mind to further develop the solution to become sustainable and scalable if needed
