Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management to oversee the Knowledge Transfer program of activity and the associated program artifacts
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and the HRIMS Implementation Partner (IP)
- Contribute collaboratively with the IP with understanding of ERP implementation skills uplift within a government context
- Provide secretariat duties for the regular cycle of Knowledge Transfer meetings.
- Have an understanding of the HR organisational change that is brought about with large ICT implementations
- Work within a program context, adhering to timelines to support the broader Program team outcomes
About you:
- Experience in managing delivery of knowledge transfer
- Ability to effectively support the development, delivery, and implementation of a knowledge transfer program
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and probe for further information
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
