Reporting directly to the ICT Manager, you will typically get involved in the following:
- Track and update service requests within ICT’s ticketing and email system.
- Prioritise tasks, making timely and accurate decisions and escalating unresolved issues
- Installation and upgrade of hardware and software components
- Create and update deployments for desktop and laptop platforms
- Assist with the coordination of technical support with external service suppliers and contracted vendors.
- Collaborate and support the maintenance of the ICT file systems
