About the Role
This full-time position based in Corowa will be responsible for providing IT support services via phone and email including troubleshooting and logging computer issues, and advising on appropriate actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high level customer service and basic technical support via phone / email
- Document and record contact made with the Service Desk and IT department into ITSM system
- Troubleshoot issues and advise employees on appropriate actions or delegate within the team
- Assist with the provisioning and support of end user devices (phones, laptops, etc.)
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles
Skills & Experience
- High level customer service, analytical, problem solving and research skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Windows, iSO and Android operating systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient and timely manner
- Initiative and strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Advanced computer skills
- Current driver’s licence
