Cyber Defence - Security consultant

The overall project consists of four parts-, or streams, each one likely to be seen as a separate project. The overall project is a major opportunity for the company to enhance information security widely within the organization, mainly by focusing on the four streams.
The streams relevant for this resource request are Cyber Defense and Security Posture, which have been united with the goal to establish a new, enhanced and more proactive Cyber Defense Center. The CDC shall have a centralized viewpoint and shall cover all environments within the company (on-prem, cloud, outsourced etc.). As part of the new CDC, security posture shall be vital parts that will automatically monitor and present the current security level at company landscape.

Work tasks:
This role will set the architecture for Cyber Defense Center and Security Posture, but also be part of the proof-of-concept and implementation.

• Identify and implement appropriate tooling/architecture to support the processes and organization for the cyber defense center & security posture
• Lead implementation efforts and roadmap for the setup of the CDC
• Provide knowledge and recommendations based on best practice, but suited for the company landscape, concerning technical details in the implementation of the machinery for a Cyber Defense Center.
• Perform qualitative analysis to identify key areas for Security Posture across the organizational landscape.
• Support in identify, design and implement critical processes necessary to operate effective Cyber Defense and Security Posture.
• Present designs and models for internal groups
• Facilitate workshops

Mandatory requirements:
• Excellent skills in the area of Cyber Defense and/or Security Operations
• Excellent skills in technical implementation of Cyber Defense Center, SOC and Security Posture
• Excellent knowledge of appropriate tools to be used by Cyber Defense Center, SOC and Security Posture.
• Experience of communicating to technical staff and some experience of communicating to C-level management.
• Great skills in both Swedish and English, verbally as well as in writing.
