About the Task:
Our client, a global leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is transitioning to a new SAP-based ERP system as part of the Atlas program. The program aims to streamline business processes, enhance cross-departmental communication, and improve data management.

 

The Acquire to Decommission workstream encompasses the full lifecycle of assets, focusing primarily on maintenance. The Workstream Lead will ensure successful delivery, aligning processes across nine mills (Europe and North America) while coordinating with other workstreams and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the “Acquire to Decommission” workstream, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with the Atlas program, business stakeholders, and the SI partner (Deloitte).
  • Report to the Global Process Owner and Atlas program management.
  • Ensure the client’s context and requirements are incorporated into SAP and legacy systems.
  • Drive resolution of solution gaps with the implementation partner and business team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, manage forums, and oversee expectation management.
  • Lead change management efforts within internal warehouse operations.
  • Plan and coordinate resources within the workstream, including data harmonization teams.
  • Act as an ambassador for the new solution.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Certifications in SAP S/4HANA (PM and MM) are advantageous.

Experience:

  • Proven project management experience, integrating business and system aspects.
  • Expertise in maintenance and service, preferably in manufacturing or the paper/pulp industry.
  • Experience with SAP implementations, especially SAP S/4HANA PM and MM.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration challenges.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic problem-solving abilities.
