Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sage Systems Audit Consultant to conduct a thorough review of our customer’s current Sage 100c Enterprise Industry software implementation. The consultant will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness and reliability of the system, ensuring it aligns with the company’s operational needs and long-term information system strategy.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct an in-depth audit of the Sage 100c ERP system already in place, focusing on BI Reporting and Accounting modules.
• Assess the newly implemented modules for Commercial Management (Gestion Commerciale) and Production Management (Gestion Production), which encompass functionalities such as purchasing, stock, sales, net requirement calculations, manufacturing, quality, workshop, planning, and machine maintenance.
• Provide recommendations for improving data consolidation across the group.
• Ensure the system’s configuration supports efficient business processes and meets the company’s strategic goals.
• Deliver a detailed audit report with findings and actionable insights.
   

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in auditing Sage 100c systems, with a solid understanding of its BI Reporting, Accounting, Commercial Management, and Production Management functionalities.
• Strong background in ERP systems, particularly within the industrial sector.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in French, with strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
