Consultant Task – Expert Scrum Master, Copenhagen area

For an enterprise client, we are looking for a very experienced Scrum Master, who will play a pivotal role within a high-profile Strategic Initiative. You’ll be responsible for leading two teams, ensuring their successful adoption of Scrum and SAFe practices. Your primary focus will be on facilitating Scrum Events and events during Planning Intervals (PIs), as well as make recommendations for new procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coaching and Mentoring: You’ll guide the teams, helping them embrace agile ways of working. Your coaching will empower them to become highly effective in the short term.
- Stakeholder Management: As a Scrum Master, you’ll act as a shield, protecting the teams from external distractions. Your keen attention to the prioritized backlogs will keep them on track.
- Team Dynamics: You’ll foster an environment of collaboration and continuous flow, ensuring the teams’ success.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

- Hands-on experience with multiple teams, across various projects, and faced diverse challenges
- Coaching and Mentoring: Successfully coached teams, guiding them toward agile practices and high performance as a Scrum Master (Expert +10 years of relevant work experience)
- Stakeholder Management: Handling external stakeholders, protecting teams, and maintaining focus on backlogs.

Technical Expertise: While not mandatory, experience within Infrastructure, particularly Identity Management, would be advantageous.
