Consultant Task – Data Analyst, Stockholm / Hybrid (2024.05.29)

Location: Stockholm (Hybrid, presence in office one day per week)
Workload: 50% part-time (38.75 hours per week for full-time)
Start: June/July 2024
Duration: 11 months (until end of May 2025)

About the role:

Our client is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their team on a part-time basis for a temporary role covering maternity leave. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining, supporting, and developing interactive reports that provide valuable insights to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business intelligence reports and datasets using Microsoft Power BI.
   
• Write PySpark code to prepare data for these datasets.
   
• Collaborate with colleagues across various business functions and IT to ensure reports meet business needs.

You will be part of a distributed team of 8 members located in Stockholm, Helsinki, and Berlin, covering a broad range of data-related tasks from integrations to reporting and AI. The team follows a hybrid working model and agile methodologies with frequent, small releases.
 

Requirements

Essential:

• Experienced with visualizations and DAX in Power BI.
• Comfortable writing SQL code.
• Some previous experience with Python.
• Good level of English.
   

Desirable:

• Experience in reporting, scorecards, or BI within finance or accounting.
• Familiarity with GIT.
• Experience in PySpark.
• Interest in UX and usability.
