Consultant Task – Azure Consultant, Remote (08.12.2022)

We are looking for a consultant with demonstrated experience from the Azure sphere to help a customer with their Azure platform. Specifically, the customer is looking for a reliable resource that can help them on an ongoing basis without a pre-defined allocation. As such, the ideal candidate will be the customers’ “go-to” consultant for these tasks.

About the customer
The organization is a non-profit and community focused on helping people who have or have had a mental illness. The work you will be doing in this project will not be directly linked to users of their services but will help facilitate their in-house working conditions.

Technical description
The customer needs to run a service from ProPlan and have it running on their Azure platform. It will consist of a VM with Windows Server and an Azure SQL database.

They have a vendor that will set this up, but the customer will need to have an Azure consultant ready to work with troubleshooting, setting up and restoring backups should the need for this arise.

These are not time-critical systems, and can be done within normal working hours. Even though you will be available on demand a response time within 48 hours is satisfactory for the customer. As such, the project is a flexible opportunity that can be combined with other engagements and projects.
